Jennifer began her career in recruiting as a Project Manager in construction for 13 years prior to becoming a recruiter in 2005. Her achievements in search include Rookie of the year, Account Executive of the year, and achieving $1 million in sales faster than any other recruiter in her office. In January of 2012, she founded J Powers Recruiting, Inc. and continues to grow.
