I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Easy. Just log in and click the account button at top, then click “Change Password” to reset. A message will appear prompting you to enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Your username will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file.
One of the users on our account has left the company. I want to change their password and/or email address. Can I do that myself?
Yes. Log in with the account username and password for the account you want to change. Once logged in, the account page will display the account details, with a form to change or update the account details. Make sure to click the Save button to change details. Save your new login information in your records for future needs.
Corporate Accounts: How do I add Sub Accounts to my Corporate account?
To add Sub Accounts to the Corporate Membership account, first, log in with the account username and password for the account you want to manage. Once logged in, go to the account page click Subscription, then Sub Account. This Sub Account page allows the addition, removal, updating and management of details.
I’m having video playback problems. What are the minimum requirements to view NLETV content?
The minimum requirements to view NLE TV video programs are:
- High-speed WiFi connection or…
- Hard-wired, high-speed Internet connection: Fiber, Cable, DSL or faster – Click to test network speed
- Web browser
- Audio speakers
- MS Word, PDF, and Excel installed on your computer to view documents
- Recommend disabling browser pop-up blockers
- Recommend quitting all other running applications
- Recommend stopping other downloads, software updates, virus scans and disk optimizations
I’m an NLE subscriber. How do I find the new show this month?
The new monthly shows are available from the home page. Click here to access at bottom of page. New videos can also be found under “Latest Releases” in NLE TV shows sidebar navigation.

Video Player Tips
- To start/stop, click the play/pause button in the player.
- To fast-forward or rewind, move the control slider in the progress bar at the bottom of the video.
- To view fullscreen mode, click the full screen icon in the lower right corner.
- To adjust the sound volume, move the volume slider in the lower right corner.
